Our summer research officer, Rebekah Xing, has been accepted by UCSF, USF, and Northeastern! After careful consideration, She has decided to attend UCSF to pursue Health Data Science, driven by her passion for using statistical methods to improve healthcare outcomes.
A bit about Rebekah:
Graduating from the University of Waterloo with a focus on bioinformatics and biology, Rebekah has been an invaluable part of our team, contributing to data-driven public health initiatives and creating handbooks for elderly immigrants. Beyond her academic excellence, she is deeply committed to machine learning applications in health care. At UCSF, she aims to bridge the gap between data science and clinical decision-making.
