Di graduated from Western University’s Brescia University College with Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition - Honour Specializations in Nutrition and Dietetics. Licensed as a registered dietitian (RD) in 2014, Di has worked mostly within long-term care homes as a clinical dietitian, and has extensive experience in palliative care, dysphagia, malnutrition, wound management, gastrointestinal health and enteral nutrition. As a way of promoting her field, she has enjoyed mentoring interns and students through her career as an RD. Di is currently committed to nutritional education and community services with the Centre for New Immigrant Well-Being. She is also providing support at a community food skill centre in downtown Toronto, which mainly serves low-income and street-affiliated populations. She hopes to help people of all walks of life by providing nutritional services.

Di is an advocate for a pleasurable eating experience within diverse cultural backgrounds. She currently has a keen interest in educating children and youths in the areas of food systems and nutrition.

Di is an avid home cook, and loves entertaining guests with a variety of international cuisines. She also loves traveling, studying psychology and practicing karate in her spare time.
