Dr. Huang is the founder of MBD Consulting Canada Inc. and the owner of RXP Studio. She graduated from West China University of Medical Sciences and earned her PhD and MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. Dr. Huang is also the co-founder of Toyond Canada Corporation and Beijing Fengmei Education Group of Canada.
