Haiqing（Hutchison） Lee is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of H. Lee Law Professional Corporation, with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, real estate, and non-profit law. Prior to settling in Ontario in 2014, he practiced law in China for nearly two decades, including as a partner at leading national law firms. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and has since focused his practice on advising individuals, businesses, and organizations on complex legal and regulatory matters.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lee has served as pro bono legal counsel to numerous non-profit and community organizations across the Greater Toronto Area. His work includes advising on organizational governance, regulatory compliance, charitable status applications, and operational structures. He has also supported the establishment and governance of charitable foundations, bringing particular expertise in charity law and not-for-profit compliance.
