CNIW Charity Foundation cordially invites

“Foundation Ambassadors”!

CNIW Charity Foundation sincerely invites

“Foundation Ambassadors”

We hope that friends who are willing to serve

the elderly in the community will join us.

Many seniors, particularly Chinese immigrant seniors in Canada, face financial vulnerability. Low income and financial insecurity cause ongoing stress, impacting their physical and mental health. The current health and economic crisis, along with rising living costs, worsens their financial situation. Lack of financial literacy also increases their risk of financial abuse. Those with low income and financial insecurity experience social isolation, loneliness, depression, and poorer health. Financial security is a crucial factor for overall well-being. CNIW Charity Foundation is launching a federally funded project to improve the financial well-being of Chinese seniors in Canada. It will provide personalized learning, sharing, and community service opportunities to enhance their understanding and application of Canada’s financial environment, systems, and security.

The tasks of Foundation Ambassadors

  • To provide lectures and answer questions related to finance, taxation, financial planning, and banking services to Chinese seniors participating in this project in small group settings.
  • Foundation Ambassadors with expertise in finance and financial matters can organize public benefit lectures for the community.
  • Assist in promoting and conducting surveys related to financial knowledge on behalf of the foundation.

CNIW Foundation sincerely invites individuals with backgrounds in finance, accounting, taxation, and a passion for public service to actively participate in our project. Below is the detailed schedule for this project:
